It was so easy to make a vacation within the chapel. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay in the Wrawby/Brigg/Grimsby vicinity. With our family history being only a couple of kilometers a way this was an amazing spot to relax and recharge. We were sad to have to leave the Chapel as it was so spacious and serene.

We had a great weekend at The Chapel, the house felt so homely and had everything we needed. The hosts were very welcoming and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. It was very warm and cosy and spacious for our two families who were staying there. Highly recommend it.

10 of us recently stayed here for the weekend to celebrate 3 of our birthdays and had a fantastic weekend. The house was in great condition with more than enough space for all of us with great sized bedrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked to accommodate all of our cooking needs and the location couldn't have been any better. Hosts were lovely and were happy to answer any and all questions. Only note i have is the property is 4 double beds and 1 twin room where some other websites state 2 twin rooms.

Beautiful Converted Chapel with real charm answer character. This Chapel is fanatic for a week away and as a base to see the the East Riding of Yorkshire. Very good road links only being 2-3 miles from the Motorway network. Facilities and great with all room being very comfortable. Great Kitchen (we were there for Christmas 17) everything is laid on including quality bedding and towel. We even received a lovely welcome Christmas Hamper with Tea Coffee and Fresh Milk in the Fridge. All in all a quality Holiday let without the Holiday let feel. Truly comfortable.

Kim G,

This beautiful converted chapel has been tastefully converted into an impressive cosy country getaway venue suitable for any occasion! It was a perfect Base Camp for our family get together, visiting Lincoln christmas market. My family were made to feel really welcome, with small touches like the hamper of tasty treats that really made it feel like a special occasion! You will not be disappointed!

Absolutely gorgeous home, we wished we could stay forever! The Chapel is beautifully furnished and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. Bernie and Ross were very helpful and just at the end of the phone if we needed them for anything, they'd also supplied books with tonnes of information about the chapel itself, the local area and more. The bedrooms were incredible, and the bath was heaven! Dogs aren't allowed upstairs or on the furniture so bring beds/crates for your pups! We were greeted with a welcome basket that included dog toys and treats, there were also bowls and poo bags in one of the kitchen cupboards. The village green is a short walk away to exercise your dog.

We booked this venue for the night before and night of my wedding. It is truly stunning, and has been renovated to the highest standard. Every room is spacious and we found the DVD room for the kids really handy. I would hire again even though we live quite local it is a lovely relaxing venue

Great long weekend.

Jon M,

What a lovely place to stay..... The house is spacious and comfortable. It is very well appointed and clean. We used it as a base for visiting Hulll and it made for a good alternative to a busy city. We all really looked forward to going back there at the end of each day. It exceeded our expectations. Definitely recommend.

Dear Ross and Bernie

We wanted to say how much we all enjoyed staying at The Old Chapel last weekend. It is a superb property, so tastefully renovated and equipped with everything!

We really appreciated your 'Welcome basket', full of lovely goodies, including something for the dog, a very nice touch; as well as your help with the boiler and keys.

We had a great weekend, exploring a new area and enjoying a very relaxing time at The Chapel, thank you very much.

Best wishes
Gill and David

Gill Taylor,

OMG, stayed here for my daughters wedding and it's amazing, the place is superbly clean, and everything you need is available. It's roomy, and if your looking for place to stay for a few nights, this is the place to stay. My daughters wedding was at Elsham hall, it's perfect for bridal stayover both before and after. There's even room on the top floor for the honeymoon sweet, away from all the guests.

Pam G,

We were very lucky to find the The Old Chapel at Wrawby
We were visiting my sick mother in Grimsby and came over from Germany .The House was a dream and we have never in over 30 years of staying in places on holiday found such a clean house .It was immaculate all the pots and pans could be used without even having to look if they where clean .The basket with food and stuff we would need on our first day was a pleasant bonus .We felt so happy here and was a little bit sad to leave ! Thanks for giving us a great place to stay

Stuart,

Have just stayed for 3 nights over New Year and it was wonderful. There were 10 of us in the party and found our hosts Ross & Bernie have thought of everything.
We had a lovely welcome hamper and all the basic kitchen things were ready, coffee, tea, milk, condiments etc.
There were so many little touches that made our stay so comfortable. Plenty of towels, very comfortable beds and toiletries.
The rooms were large and spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped. There was a second fridge in the garage along with plenty of parking for 3 cars.
The location was perfect within easy walk of Brigg and a very nice welcoming local pub.
The only slight comment would be an extra key in case we wanted to go out separately.
Many thanks to our hosts for a wonderful property - will definitely be booking again!

Jane Robins,

We had a terrific couple of days staying in The Old Chapel for a family wedding. The chapel is beautifully converted and slept 10 of us very comfortably. It's well equipped and the hosts Bernie and Ross were on close hand to offer help when needed. There's also a good pub The Jolly Miller less than 10 minutes walk away. We'll be booking a longer stay soon!

“Fantastic Old Chapel - Full of character and very comfortable.”

It was a perfect base for a wedding weekend. Plenty of room for two families with teenagers. Everything was presented to a very high standard. A well equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and lots of nooks and crannies to hide away.

The village is easy to get to, with The Chapel set away from the main road on a nice quiet street. The local pub was very friendly, about 10 minutes walk away. Brigg is only 5 mins drive, or about half an hours brisk walk.

David,

Hi what a lovely place to stay for my first time away at Christmas. Didn't want for nothing in the chapel. You thought of everything/ lovely hamper / those are the kind of touches what makes theses type of holidays special. You have done a fab job of the Chapel. We went to the christingle that was lovely as my grandchildren were involved.

Sarah Morgan,

Just returned from a lovely stay at The Old Chapel. What a treat! Such attention to detail, every little thing thought of... lovely comfortable large beds, great areas to relax in and a wonderful place to spend a few days...

Sally,

Stayed here with some friends whilst in England for a big family birthday celebration. Lovely location, lovely house, lovely people. Could not have asked for anything more from our time there, and definitely plan a re-visit.
Janice, Cyprus.

Janice Sparks,

A group of us stayed here when we came to Lincolnshire for a family wedding nearby. It was everything we wanted and more and made the whole weekend very relaxed, much better than us all staying separately in hotels and B&Bs. Wouldn't hesitate to go back !!

We booked the Old Chapel for my Dad's 65th birthday. From the first enquiry I knew this would be the location we would book because Ross & Bernie were so prompt and helpful in their replies. Knowing that it was a special occasion they recommended caterers and suggested they could accept a shopping delivery before we even arrived - how lovely is that. Now I have to say the only recommendation I would make to you both is to update the photos on your website, they don't do the place justice. We walked in and were astounded by the quality of the conversion and the comfortable setting of the chapel. It is GORGEOUS. The rooms are such a good size and beautifully decorated. There is even a reading nook! Everything we needed was at our finger tips, you couldn't ask for anymore. From the wifi password written on the chalk board to the fully loaded kitchen - they had everything. Seriously, you don't need to pack anything when you stay here - forget the basics they even had chopsticks! They even left us a carton of milk to get us going. Would 100% recommend this place, except I don't want you to be fully booked when we want to come back :-)

Our stay at the old chapel was absolutely brilliant. The accommodation was the perfect place to bring family together for our daughters wedding. She was getting married at Elsham Hall and we needed a base for family travelling for the occasion as well as ourselves. The chapel ticked all the boxes and more!!! It was extremely clean, we'll equipt, and Ross and Bernie were more than obliging with any extra requests, as well as adding little touches to make it extra special. It made the occasion even more special, which I did not think was possible
